Well, what I gather from it is that they are raising money, being honest and looking forward. Plus, I don't foresee any more Auctus selling going on as the current PPS is surely lower than their offerings. I feel that with the bottom established, the pending 10-K release, and the chart/technical set up this one is going to go up soon and quickly.

Any penny can pop on any given day. Question is can you find the right one at the right time?
