first of all, the info of pdf u provided is from year 2007, and the information i provided is from Nov,2009, enough said

second, we don't know if there is another company uses the same name, neither the name of owner nor the company contact information is presented in the pdf file

third, even if it's, and they are authorized to issue up to 500m, that doesn't mean they already threw them to the market, and this kind of act needs the approval of shareholder,and surely shareholders wont allow

fourth, if there is 500mllion in the market, MMs don't need to create large spread between bid and ask to fish people

fifth, the pps won't drive up or down that fast

sixth, from your previous posts on CIND, quite obvious that u had loss on this stock

seventh, is there enough reasons? do u want more? u are just trying to make people lose money like u, i understand your feeling, and i did the similar thing as well before, we are all human nature, but to be a good basher, it indeed needs good skill
