That History of JVs means Katx Knows People in mining, has delt with folks in mining and they know them. As anonther speculated today, The BIG Law Firm leans towards Vale. Katx (The Management) has negociated 11 JVS with medium mining companies before. Makes sense to use Big Dogs to deal with Big Dogs.. A deal with Vale would send the Shuttle, "To Da Moon".... Nice Chart Dagg..LOL
