Nice synopsis!! Last run was in anticipation of profit, and I think, as you pointed out, there was a disappointment in the bottom line number being $27K short which combined with the conversion of shares added to the structure, created a push down versus a continued run. Of course the expectations could have been realized with a full 3-month Quarter versus the 2-months (November, December) reported after the acquisition that left October out of the equation. I think the upcoming numbers with the full Quarter being reported, are going to be what everyone thought we'd see in the last filing.

The company just gained current filing status this month, so I expect numbers to be right on time.
