grrrreat. i commend your diligence and thank you for your efforts. Will(Do you have) you compose a fact sheet with legitimate reasons why investors shouldn't hold this stock long term or short term? Seeing how you have been burnt by this company, it shouldn't take long to come up with something.... Then the board investors can decide for themselves.

And the fact that nobody is asking questions about ARSC's past tells me NOBODY has done their DD. Throw your money
into the fire!
