I'm sorry, Sparky, but predictions are not pumping.
It really depends on the reasons for the predictions.
Pumping is when a prediction is way beyond reasonable expectations from indicators available.
If I predict the sun will rise in the morning, you know it will,
due to precedence. But, if I say,
the sun will rise in ten minutes,
because the I have a hunch...THAT's pumping.
And about that .01 prediction; no one said the .01 would be reached in today's trading session...NO ONE.
