Speaking of, from Oppenheimer today

Dear Mr. xxxxxx,

My back office informed me that the merger was approved by board of directors for 1 share of NVMG you will receive 0.0001 share of NAGP. There is still no date as yet when DTC will swing the position. I will keep you updated as I am.
