After doing some preliminary research on whether a company can limit the meeting to only shareholders, the company does have that right. However, the shareholders can vote to approve having the meeting broadcast on the internet or telephone. The company can also conduct the ENTIRE meeting over the internet IF the state which it is incorporated in allows such.

In conclusion, the company should be asked to have the shareholders "vote" on whether this or any future AGM broadcast on the internet or telephone. This vote CAN and should be done at this meeting, as considered "other business". This is one item that should be loudly vocalized by those in attendance.

Of course, if SEO does not want the AGM broadcast, it will not be broadcast. However, if enough of a stink is made at this AGM maybe management will agree to doing the broadcasts in the future. However, it may be another few years before there IS another AGM.

Is anyone thinking about the drilling results. I hope they come in soon. When the results do come in will the share price gap up to over a buck, over two bucks? Do you want to be "out" when the results come in?
