Beastie can explain for himself what he meant, but I didn't read the words "at least", I read "over the next two years" which meant positive for me. It won't wait for the last day of the two year mark and then poof, but will be a growing and ongoing progression throughout the two years little by little. But I'm half deaf, I only hear (read) what I want.
