That's not necessarily true, there are many things that could lead to that not happening. There are investors that are coming in and many investors interested which are non stock related. Also many possible clients and/or customers that may just create revenue in the near term. So we'll have to wait and see if any R/S will happen near term, but I would suggest not to jump to conclusions. Also there may be only a R/S in the longer term for up listing purposes which is a different issue. There are chances that the A/S may not max out although it is common for this type of stock to do so, but it may mean the the A/S to raise which is also common and can be accepted depending of course how much and why and as I've said before many times a stock pps can turn down and then quickly go right back up when this happens.
