Thats wonderful. now we know why all the shares traded Friday....I see no mention of what they are doing to have the restrictions on the sale of the stock lifted. Nor do I see the share structure, or if Gaffney is still the CEO??? So the PR just tells me we are facing more dilution possibly for consulting fees and god knows what else??? Are we happy with this news?...Not really, it does tell us that they may actually still be conducting busines on behalf of the shareholders. I would like to see details and know how they are paying for all this stuff they are supposedly doing?? Are they using restricted shares?? What is the A/S and O/S??...Better than the silence we have been getting but not by much!...I am hoping there are details being left out for contractual reasons and they are further along on things than they are saying...The PR was not dated and I see now that SM said it was from December 09...anybody can substantiate that??
