CCTC weakening technicals. Downside may lead to .05 - .10;

THIS SHOWS DISTRIBUTION & MONEY FLOW LEAVING CCTC (short term)

BEARISH CHART:
Distribution of issue is happening. Shares are being unloaded into the market
Money flow is coming out of CCTC. We may even see a "dump" based on weakening technicals.

This all suggest that CCTC share price may end up decreasing more.

*Support @ 50 day ma is broken. CCTC closed under .14, which ironically was where CCTC needed to stay to keep trend intact.

TA site shows CCTC currently is BEARISH:

The preponderance of evidence suggests that they are currently in a, surviving on borrowed time and toxic debt.

Think retest(s) are coming around .05 - .10
DOWNSIDE AHEAD....look @ chart

Remember the deal with CCTC is with a company IN china, NOT with CHINA. CCTC needs to make the current MOU contract into a REAL FORMAL JOINT VENTURE (now there is no legal commitment from either party) AFTER THAT, CHINA still needs to approve the plant.

Also know that 3rd parties COULD invalidate CCTC technologies.

As you can see on the chart, there is more downward pressure

LONG TERM: we can speculate that CCTC is possibly entering a territory where a "swing trade" may be able to be made.

This could be the start of a "early" buying range....ironically enough..would still need to look at charts to confirm

Did you read the 10-k?

For any news, I suspect daytraders, swing trader, etc will be selling on any spike.imo

SHORTERS JUST LOVE COMPANIES LIKE CCTC
bc of financials and any increase in PPS they may know doesnt match up:JMO

REMEMBER, even after CCTC may announce the JV in CHINA, you will still need FINAL CHINESE GOVT APPROVAL:
* We are contractually required to provide approximately $1,670,000, representing the first 20% of our partnership contribution, within ninety days the Chinese government issuing their final approval of our project

Clean Coal has an accumulated deficit and a working capital deficit as of September 30, 2009 with NO REVENUES anticipated for the near term. Management BELIEVES Clean Coal will need to RAISE CAPITAL in order to operate over the next 12 months. As shown in the accompanying financial statements, Clean Coal has also incurred SIGNIFICANT LOSSES since inception. Clean Coal’s continuation as a going concern is DEPENDENT upon its ability to generate sufficient cash flow to meet its obligations on a timely basis and ultimately to attain profitability.

*Clean Coal has limited capital with which to pursue its business plan. There can be no assurance that Clean Coal’s future operations will be significant and profitable, or that Clean Coal will have sufficient resources to meet its objectives.

* Management may pursue either debt or equity financing or a combination of both, in order to raise sufficient capital to meet Clean Coal’s financial requirements over the next twelve months and to fund its business plan. There is no assurance that management will be successful in raising additional funds.

**Also, some sort of financing will or should end up happening, though management cant guarantee it

CCTC
**does not anticipate any significant revenues for approximately twenty-four months (from 10-k)

We do not yet know whether coal processed using our technology can be produced and sold on a commercial basis in a cost effective manner after taking into account the cost of the feedstock, processing costs, license and royalty fees and the costs of transportation. Because we have not experienced any full scale commercial operations, we have not yet developed a guaranteed efficient cost structure.
(They dont even know if it is feasible )

I wonder how long it will take the CHINESE GOVT TO APPROVE THE PROJECT AFTER CCTC ANNOUNCES THE FORMAL JV with the company in CHINA.
