My sense tells me George is right... Olsen has already given us 3 prs now to tell us the carrier contracts are final... that the announcements are coming...

This is year end, and the entertainment types are not in thier offices... something needs to be finished before the announcements can be made... Here is my guess on what is causing the delays... I think there is a program approval provision in the contracts... the contracts are signed, sealed and delivered, but the Carriers have a right to approve program content... that is why Q has been dragging its feet putting the Schedule onto the web site... they need the carrier approval of the program schedule... This is my supposition and guess...I have no inside track... but I believe that the contracts are done deals... and we will have carriage with TW and others... it is coming...
