Naw, the best thing for Citi is too get the GOV out. No Republican is going to side with the Dems on this banking bill. (If they should is another debate) and slowly but surely C will climb out of the hole. Remember they made 4 billion this quater. I mean think about it... 4 billion in 3 months.
