Partnership; not a buyout. From Biomedreports: A senior POSC official has confirmed to BioMedReports that a "very important and positive development regarding a partnership whose details can not yet be discussed" will be presented at the announced press conference.

Last week it was rumor of either a partnership or a buyout. This week the rumor is narrowed down to a partnership. For all I know, BMR has leaked all the news except the potential partner. So, I wonder how much the PPS will move once it is announced.
