check a lvl2 to see how many millions people want to buy at 26. that tells you why it doesnt move down, oh and our multiple support lines at this level which should be all at 27 tomorrow.

so why doesnt it move up? well again mms are short, naked short at that, on this stock. so if this is support they will hold as long as possible to cover as many as possible before moving.
and as others have mentioned there is no compelling news at the moment to get everyone looking to buy to pull the trigger much over support hence the low volume we see at 27, 28, 29

soon 27 will be support and it will move up, but i doubt thats the move you want.
so again soon there will be news (no clue when or what just pretty positive there soon will be) and that will spark a move.
mms know, hence the increasing volume and attempts to cover.
