i would think the bad check writer would get more time by not paying, the old check is in the mail, would certanily get a few weeks time, stalling that in the mail, forgot to mail, got wrong address, forgot to sign the check, wrong amount...la da...la da

i ask again, what train of thought did the crooks at spongetech have in mind to write checks on closed accounts all over the country for hundreds of thousands of dollars, there are more senseable ways to "steal" services from venues
