This response from Dave Goldberg to this Question about the Pricing Guideline...

Hello,

Could you help me get clarity regarding the "Priceing Guideline in Respect of the Sale Transactions"

The Company can confirm that the sale of its 510,923,545 shares of Bouse Gold, Inc. Common Stock and its 1,030,421,001 shares of South Copperstone Common Stock will not equate to a net amount that equates to an amount that is lower than the amount of US$0.003 per share of the Company’s Common Stock. The transaction is priced upon a Gold Price of US$1,050/oz. Should the Gold price be greater than the amount of US$1,050/oz upon the final completion of the sale of these shares of Common Stock in Bouse Gold, Inc. and in South Copperstone, Inc.; then the pricing per share would be greater than aforesaid. Stockholders are advised that these are pricing guidelines and simply reflect the lowest price that will be accepted by the Company. The Company is not prepared to give detailed information prior to the published completion of these sales transactions.

If I read this correctly, and I think that I have, it appears to be saying that at a minimum FFGO will be selling its interest in the two properties @ an amount not less than .0030 for its 510,923,545 shares or $1,532,771 in the case of its interest in Bouse Gold, Inc. and .0030 for its 1,030,421,001 shares or $3,091,263, in the case of South Copperstone Common. Total minimum proceeds for the sale will be an amount not less than the combined total of $4,624,034.00, 1,541,344,456 shares @ .0030. The resulting proceed will then be distributed to its common shareholders hold FFGO.

Please let me know if I have read the priceing guideline correctly and come to the right conclusion.

Thanks

xxxx,

I believe you have interpreted this correctly. We have not cranked out the
numbers, but the company has stated in press releases that it expects at
least .003 per share from the sale of its assets. Hope this answers your
question.

Regards,
