Think about this:

If LCRE stores/runs everything from their server, will they charge a monthly service/access fee for each restaurant/unit? If so, this is a nice steady stream of income.

Blackberry/RIM works the same way with company (BES) email off of their server. There is an activation fee and a monthly fee that RIM charges (CAL/SAF).

Just food for thought.
