The Company is based out of Florida. The address that’s mentioned is our mailing address not the actual offices.



Additionally as contained in the recently filed registration statement with the SEC and the Annual Report the following facility is also ours and used for manufacturing, shipping and sales. This can be found on Page 20 of the S1 document at the web link below. I have provided the text though below.

We lease a 3,500 square foot facility at 9929 East Washington Street, Unit C, Chagrin Falls Ohio”



The Company is currently reviewing a lease on a property in Boca Raton FL where all the Ohio operations and employees and the Florida corporate offices will be consolidated into one facility. This consolidation will occur within the next couple of months.

My name is ... and I have been investing in ASFX for some time now. I will be in Weston on training soon and was hoping to drive by the Florida office when I have some time off.


Could you please provide more details on the best way to get to the address below? Google maps does not seem to provide accurate directions and the street view option shows nothing but a road. Is it located in the indian trace square complex?
