I like SIAF.OB but the accounting issues alone is scary until they get these past reports filed. Not to mention that they were going to give us the dividend info by April 1 and we are now close to May. Playing with the o/s share count is a red flag also. If I keep typing I might talk myself into selling. These are the red flags and the reason I haven't invested more.

IMO, ckgt.ob is a much safer investment.
