BIH Corporation BIH Corporation Will File Lawsuits Against Multiple Individuals
FREEHOLD, N.J., Apr. 24 -- BIH Corporation (Pink Sheets: BIHC) today announced that they will file multiple lawsuits against certain identified individuals who have embarked on a mission to try and destroy the Company and its shareholders and CEO.

The Compa...ny has a fiduciary responsibility of protecting its shareholders and has recognized that certain people have attempted to hurt and harm the Company and its operations via a personal agenda against it's now current President and CEO Mr. Edward W Hayter.

Mr. Hayter and his attorney's have already filed suit against the SEC for personal invasion of privacy and other issues, he now will file suit on behalf of the Company against the individuals who have caused harm to BIH Corporations shareholders.

The Company is well aware of individuals who post on stock message boards disparaging potential investors with the intent of hurting the current Company's shareholders and the CEO.“I have no problem with people who dislike me however when it comes to harming the Company or its Shareholders that is where I draw the line.
