Write the judge wonder if he gets enough letters from shareholders complaining about this board of directors and management with enough solid DD should bold well for shareholders i would think that if we sit down take time to write well researched thought out letters and let our voices be heard the judge would be in agreement with shareholders it also good to know that we have some of the best lawyers in the country backing us and deep pocketed hedge funds as well think that they own over 30% of the shares outstanding be really easy for them to capture another 20%+ for that 50%+ Margain to vote the BOD out and replace it and the management team hell they have my vote and i am sure the vote of every other shareholder to give their support

at the end of the day tho managments and the BOD arguments are down right childish and the judge will side with shareholders in the end our request are reasonable and well within the law so the judge should rule in favor of the shareholders that will send the stock sky rocketing by the way any postive news at all i seen some est that the value here could be in excess of 3 Billion Dollars if thats the case were trading now for Pennys on the dollar and a 1.50$ a share is going to look like a pipe dream
