I don't know that they are even any good at that. What would have kept them from putting the 42mm or so they received in block percentage sales a few years back into some addax,afren, snp or perhaps some other oil related investment stock even a trust They would have about 80mm by now. If there was anything in their corporate charter that hindered that kind of investment-they could have changed their charter they just bought a shell anyway.snp has doubled in the time frame and so have some others.They proably could have traded the percentages for stock options and been way ahead instead of just taking the cash to waste.
