He never has produced anything, nor will he, and even if it were plausible it wouldn't be to make investors money, only he an his conspirators, along with taking their investments, he has never followed thru with any of his promises to make people money who trusted him.
He has lied any number of times, more than not, like every-time he breathes a word, about his true intentions with what he does, and will do with investors money who give it to him for certs that are more worthless than toilet paper,at least this we can all use, less people prefer using the weekend flyer's offering up sales that are well overprice to begin with or items that are obsolete, like every new market trend he uses in his efforts to con people.
Any money people put into this he siphons out for himself, and his mate. He's a con, always has been, and always will be till his day comes. Can you imagine he running a 504 begging for money to get a mining operation underway, money he promised to use to and for the company, money he stipulated would go back into the company and its operations, and then pay himself a salary equalling one third of its total?.......in this case $350,000.00
A 504 allows for a pink to raise a million in a year, and if a person has the gaul to take investors money from the company that has yet to earn a penny should tell ya everything. But this was just a portion of what he really raked in for himself and his spouse, who is obviously no better than he is. He didn't even make any trips out to the job-site more than once or twice, and his home hundreds of miles away if not a thousand, but he did take money for travel,leisure, and accommodations. For the rest of us this might mean a vacation.
He raked in a million, and from this he claimed to generate $500. in revenues. Anyone willing to bet on his leadership as a real businessman should be willing to let go of their money to him.
No one but no one has been able to learn where the $500. came from?...........With a million a person should be able to make a million, and a whole lot more, even if its selling manure, if one has any business sense, which he claims to have. I wouldn't bet to much on this either, but one can't if they are using the money to support their lifestyle can one?. He's a con man, a fraud, a shyster, a crook, a liar an thief.
