Nice research so far. The management of the company has been rather non-transparent to shareholders as of late. There were frequent PRs before the news about the new manufacturing facility came about. It's nice to see that dilution doesn't seem to be a priority for the company. Maybe they are looking forward to uplisting to a higher exchange like NASDAQ in the future and thus wouldn't have to do a reverse split of the stock to do so?
