GENE, first of all, thanks for sharing this information with us. It must be painful to keep rehashing this. Personally, you do not have to convince us of the dishonor and total lack of Gil's credibility in any of his words and actions (or is it LACK OF ACTIONS). I 100% agree that he is disillusioned....what he told me about trading resumption "by the end of April" is the most recent example. When JERSEY (who is totally grounded in reality) seemed to choke at this prediction, it further solidifies our perceptions of Gil.
GENE, it really disturbs me to hear that his lack of follow through has resulted in the loss of your Custom Broker's license. I sincerely hope that this occurrence can be reversed.
JERSEY, I hope that all you have done for GSII does not go by the wayside as it did when GENE provided his help and assistance.
