looks good but the problem is it does not work nationally.
i would wager to bet 50% of her business is outside of the area code you have registered I just tried it and it does not work. so if i fly in from LA and text realtor it will not work. I just tried it to see if it would and it did not. So you need to come up with a branded number that will work for folks from other area codes.

Just my thought and I could be wrong
