DudeBug- don't be misled about the Central Bank of Iraq's (CBI) proposed lop intentions of their currency. They will not 'devalue' any of their money, but simply lower the amount in circulation. That is what most lops do.
They have studied the scenario of reducing the amount of currency at a ratio of from 1000 to 1 and the 1 still retaining the same value as the 1000. This action is called 'monetary nuetral'...No change in value whatsoever. Of course thats not what we want but they sure have talked alot about it. No one knows what will happen yet.
