Yes they may have formed another company but it is a llc and HFBG is the parent company. Its very common for companies to have the parent company and alot of different business associated with it under a different name. Look at yum brands or pepsico. It is the same thing. Taco bell, KFC etc. Each company doesn't have there own stock. It is the parent comapny who has the stock. Just like Sears who has Kmart under there umbrella. Lets get off this subject. All it's saying is there broadening there base of businesses. Who agrees with me
