FCRZ...must read...Once in a lifetime opportunity here!
FCRZ will be the stock to own this year. Two of us from I-hub have verified through the CEO that the shell is going to be used. Many of us know how huge this is going to be. A PR regarding this is expected to come out in late May or June. The share structure is the same since 2003 and the CEO is in control of over 82% of the shares per my conversation with him 3 weeks ago. A few years back, FCRZ ran to .09 without any news. I think that this time around, since the share structure hasn't changed at all, that we will easily see .20+ when news comes out in May/June. The good news is that the CEO said that no reverse split will be needed. This is one of those 'once in a lifetime' opportunities IMO. Depending on what kind of company RM's into the FCRZ shell, its possible that we could see a LFZA(USSE) type play which ran 420,000% on its merger news. Chart:
