Here are a couple:

Ungag the TA and let us see the outstanding shares along with a list of majority stakeholders. Does management even own any shares? How many shares were retired and why were they retired.

Give a time estimate and amount for the dividend.

Have the financials certified.

Release the results of the last annual meeting. What are the new properties and who are the directors?

Have a North American Rep. or at least someone that can explain their pr's and releases.

Have an open line of communication for all shareholders not just one on yahoo.


I am sure I could come up with more, but this would be a good place to start.
