Possible question for the SH meeting;

SNP has asked for an extension on blk 2 according to EEL. Is SNP considering the three blocks 2, 3, 4 as ONE project or as individual projects? This is from SNP perspective. Set aside the obvious, they all have different contracts with different companies. Is it possible SNP will go to Phase 2 on blk 3 or 4 before sept. if the results prove positive before then.
