Dear Mr. Weisberg,
I am trying to wrap up a little research into SharingWay in order to help me decide about ZKID from an investment standpoint. Your recent press releases make it clear that a lot is riding upon the ability of SharingWay to ultimately produce paying clients for ZKID. In those press releases, you describe SharingWay as having "28 million members" and "28 million families in it's core audience". I have emailed SharingWay for clarification about this, and have recieved no responce. It seems improbable to me that an organization could have so many members, namely one tenth the population of the United States, and yet be less than two years old and relatively unheard of. Perhaps you could help me with this question. Does SharingWay truly claim 28 million members, or is it that they have identified a "core audience" of 28 million families as potential targets, or something of that nature? I would appreciate your clarification of this question for me.
Best wishes,
John Crom
