There is no mystery, or unexplained events taking place. Everything has been fully disclosed in the filings. There were about 10M shares that were issued to the original investors who got SIAF started. The Company was able to show that it was never a “shell” Company and obtained legal opinion which is discussed on page 5 under section B .






This allowed the 10,804,579 shares that were issued to “existing” debenture holders to be able to utilize Rule 144, which previously they had not been able to do so which was reported on Page 38 of the 15c2-11 as well as the 2006-2007 audit report.



This caused the public float to increase from about 1.9M to the 13M it is today. If one were to look at a chart, they would clearly see that the stock has even barely traded enough volume to absorb all those shares. These are shares that were issued to investors, consultants and for services during the Company’s initial start-up phase. Many of these folks have been in the stock from the very beginning.. I imagine they are selling because their investment paid off, just as folks are buying now looking for more growth.



The problem isn’t a lack of information.. the problem is some folks are simply not looking at the information that has been provided, or lack the experience to understand what they are reading
