Just some thoughts. First, the HQ pictures. Its nice to see them and honestly I'm happy there's no fancy furniture, desks, computers, etc. The company has much better ways to spend money. I work with retailers at a huge multi-national investment bank. Some obviously have kickass offices (Williams Sonoma comes to mind), but others who are also successful work out of industrial parks with little glamour (Petco and Christopher & Banks come to mind). The point? Simple...we all learned you can't judge a book by its cover. Here, while I agree Matin is mischievous and not to be trusted, its comforting to see as many 'trucks' for shipping there as there were computers or offices. The Christmas tree is interesting too. It means its a small company where people are spending a good amount of time working together and happily. Or someone lives there, but that's unlikely.

On the topic of the trucks...really is there anything more that should be there. Seeing trucks is a huge positive. The company makes most of their product in Bangladesh. They sell principally at tradeshows and at meetings with distributors, hopefully retailers, etc. Why should they need fancy offices. I'll take a company with crappy offices and profits any day over a company with fancy offices and losses. Anyone disagree with that?

Lastly -- I just want to say this stock is an option with no expiration date. Expect when you buy it will go to zero, but with a good chance you might only lose a small percentage and an equally good chance you'll see returns of 200% or more in the near-term. I traded an email with Dan Seifer last week. I think it was 12/22, but not sure. I asked about the 'audit'. He said he's been told by Matin it would be done by end of year and that's all he has to go on. The recent press release shows there's probably a longer delay. Its pretty simple though...either an audit is done soon, there is more clarity, etc. and the stock can get more notice OR the audit is not done and/or negative and this thing will fall 50%. I personally believe its worth the gamble though. As I said, however, its just a long-dated call option with no time value imbedded. That's a good deal if you can take the risk.
