I wonder if they could put WCSR in one of those huge street cleaner type water trucks with different level/height hoses and just have them drive up and down the alleys.

You could have one truck with hoses spraying just straight WCSR and the next one right behind it spraying water from high pressure hoses.

Anyone know if that's even doable? It would all wash away and since it's eco-friendly it's all good.
