Montana DEQ: Underground Injection Inspector (406) 656-0040 Mr. George Hudak. One may also wish to speak with Karen or Nancy.
Forward Energy LLc is bonded in Montana but no required paperwork has been filed for change of operator.
The new owner would also need to be re-bonded. As per the MT State Office of Underground Injection Inspector.
George Hudak reports that they have 2 oil wells that are shut in (not producing) and 1 gas well which is also shut in (not producing).
The ground contact person for Forward Energy is Mr. Tracy Beeman (406) 855-7176
Tracy and his brother founded Forward Energy. The wells in question were shut down in 1989 & 1990 since that time they have produced 2 (GET THIS!) 2 truckloads over the last few years during testing.
FedEx Harvest State will transport whatever oil is ever produced if ever produced.
They have no funding to further the project as of now. Are not producing & have not been for years.
Now this id DD with contact & verifiable information that this deal adds “NO” value to shareholders. Tracy Beeman said he has no idea how long of time to possible production but, that it would at least be months down the road.
Now that is a Forward Statement about Forward Energy LLc.
Holes now filled in the MEDT PR...You would expect more from Lawyers and MBAs
