It is a huge who knows is my point. I will say the that we agree the OS has risen steadily, but we don't know the float, so we can't say if there has or hasn't been dilution.

Once we know the float we will have a better idea, heck who knows, BW might convert some of them to preferred and give himself and Daisy some as a raise . . you never know.
