Has Warren Buffett ever owned an OTC:BB stock? I don't think so. Nevertheless, you raise valid points. An investment shouldn't be watched over in the day-to-day.

However, these are very different times we are living in and there are very few companies left out there that are not under intense scrutiny. That, coupled with the fact that we exist in a extremely competitive marketplace that changes rapidly, often gives rise to concern. Heck, even our business plan has had to change several times over to adapt to the industry, economy, etc.

Everyone has the right to ask questions and especially to ask them of the people who run the company. Yes, the quarterlies speak for themselves. That said, I don't think anyone takes comfort in knowing that the ongoing concern statement has made it's way back into our 10Qs.

So ask away I say and question what you will. In my opinion, blind faith is for religion, not investments.
