Thats not the way I read the PR. It says today is the record date. You need to own the shares by close of business April 23rd.




The Board of Directors has approved the record date of the GOTV dividend to be April 23rd, 2010, the ex dividend pay date of May 7th, 2010, and the conversion of the dividend to be one share of Global Online Television Corporation for every five thousand shares of Atlantis Technology Group owned as of the record date.

For example if you owned one million shares of Atlantis Technology Group, current symbol (ATNPD), at the close of business on April 23rd, 2010 you will receive two hundred shares of Global Online Television Corporation on May 14th, 2010. These shares, like previous shares that were issued as a dividend to shareholders in December's GOTV dividend, will have a value of cash dividend issued from GOTV's quarterly revenues.
