Dich, What is key also in the filings is it appears that shareholders of record from the dates mentioned in 2005, will be getting dividends also from the sale of shares the company is holding in leu for them. All those holding current shares on the forthcoming dividend date will earn the dividend. It is black and white in an SEC filed document. PERIOD!
