What bills aren't getting paid? If they are pre petition bills yes that will all be rectified in a POR or sooner per the judge. These are typically just your outstanding payables at the time of bankruptcy filing and reflect approximately 60 to 90 days of routine payables. After filing typically all post petition bills are paid timely. Are there some payables that are stayed? If there are some not being paid that are building up large balances I think we would know this. Do we owe some leases that are not being paid? I know that they are considering acceptance of leases does this mean they are not paying them? If this is the case I would think there would be a record of what are the potential obligations.
