Lee, very good is relative. Not arguing that 25% improvement is better than the last few months, but the fact remains that with record low interest rates and government incentives (neither of which can last forever), the tally was only 411,000 annualized. Other than the past few months, that is still a historic low. What's going to happen when the incentives go away.
