did you place it AON? seems like a buy at the ask should fill immediately.. hopefully you won't be charged 2 broker fees.. scottrade ususaly charges just a buck or 2 for a partial fill that is completing my whole order..
all the ask buys should fill right away.. tells me it's being held back.. which is a good sign i suppose..
