* Burack denied a motion for a rehearing by Berlin businessman Jonathan Edwards on his request to be granted intervenor status. Burack ruled Edwards’ motion was based on the same arguments he made in his original motion - that he is a Public Service of N.H. customer and a business owner in the city. Burack said Edwards did not assert that he owns abutting or nearby property that might be hurt by the biomass plant. He said there was no indication that Edwards’ residence or the operation of his business would be direct affected by the biomass plant.
