#28 seems to confirm a lie about the late release of the audited 2009 10K. The 8K issued on 9/16 and #28 say different things. And the stock promoters really ran with this in Sept 2009. #28 and the 8k can’t both be correctly stated.

8k “the Company would be required to have its financial statements re-audited by a PCAOB-registered firm for any year previously audited by Drakeford in order for the Company to include such financial statements in its future filings with the SEC”

#28 “only 2008”
