Losing 60% of your money is no reason to lose the other 40%. If you don't have confidence in the company then move along. I still hold hope that everything will work itself out.

Does anyone know if there are time requirements on MRT for announcing the approval of the tenement after the expiration of the Objections period?

Also, could this statement

"Empire has asked for the reinstatement of its application for Special Exploration License 13/2009 covering 12,040 square kilometers (2,975,149 acres) of eastern Tasmania."

cause a delay in the approval of EL14/2009?
