Concerning Bill27.

Here is a perfect example of why people need to use caution when posting. Assuming this is legitimate, then this person purchased solely because someone said it was a good investment without doing any research.

Is this a good idea? Almost never, but it happens all the time. People hear a rumor, maybe get an alert, pop on a message board where an entire crowd of people are almost euphoric with excitement and jump in so they don't miss out. Then when the fervor dies down and the 'pump squad' has moved on they are standing there wondering what the hell happened.

This is why I say post with your conscience, you never know who might be reading or how your opinion might be effecting others.

People here are quick to slam anyone that offers a contrary or negative opinion but ignore those who make outlandish and unrealistic predictions. Shouldn't these people also be held accountable? Shouldn't they be held to the same level of scrutiny that a person that questions this company is subject to?

At times Ive been pretty negative about Lecere, but only because I thought their actions where shortsighted and damaging to investors. Now that things are improving I am slowly gaining confidence but I don't go from one side of the fence to the other over night. I would consider myself having 'cautious optimism'. it's nice to see progress being made but I also know that bills still need to be paid and capital still needs to be raised.

As far as 'averaging down', Ive never really thought this was a good idea, maybe for big board stocks but even then it's risky. Sure if say you bought at .001 and purchased now you might bring your cost basis to .00075 and if this went to .0008 you would be in the money, but suppose it doesn't go up. You have then thrown good money after bad and tied up even more money that is not being productive. My advice is if your not comfortable with your position then either sell and move on or if you think things will go up, just wait it out.

I know some people are reading this and thinking 'not go up? That's ridiculous, of course this stock is going up!', but unless you can travel through time there is no way anyone can predict exactly what will happen. Case in point, how many people foresaw that after hitting .001 on Friday that this stock would have seen .0003 in less than a week? Now if anyone says yes then I will counter with 'then why didn't you sell your position and repurchase now? Why would you have maintained any position at all?'.

The bottom line is no one can know for sure what the future holds, the best you can do is try to hedge your position with information... not opinions (including mine).
