I'm going to save the rest of my posts for later today when it's fully up on ecourts (you can add a pre-RJI track if you have an account).

Just a few things to keep in mind...

There won't be a judge assigned until a moition practice

There was not documentation of anybody being served YET. I look forward to calling back this morning to see if anybody has been served.

I guess we'll know in a few hours if this is a fake document or just hasn't been filed in the RJI system yet...
